These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NurseNFire CPR website and your registration for any of our classes. NurseNFire CPR ("NurseNFire," "we," "us," or "our") is owned and operated by Sam San Martin, doing business as NurseNFire CPR, based in Riverside, California.
By registering for a class or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.
Our Services
We provide American Heart Association (AHA) training courses, which may include:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- First Aid
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Combination course packages
Course prices, lengths, and availability are listed on our website and may change at any time. The price shown at the time you register is the price that applies to your registration.
Registration and Payment
Registration and payment are completed online through our scheduling and payment providers. Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your spot. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
If a participant is under 18 years of age, registration and payment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Pre-Course Work Requirement
Some courses require you to complete AHA pre-course work before your in-person class. If your course requires pre-work, you must:
1. Complete the required pre-course work, and
2. Bring or send us proof of completion, which includes your **course completion certificate** and the **page showing your score**.
Please read this carefully:
- We will still teach your in-person class and upload your class information even if you have not provided your pre-work documents.
- However, we **cannot submit your class to our training center**, and your certification **cannot be issued**, until you send us your completion certificate and score page.
- It is your responsibility to complete the pre-work and provide these documents. If you do not provide them, your certification will not be submitted, and your payment will not be refunded on that basis.
We will always tell you clearly what you need to bring. Making sure you complete and submit it is up to you.
Certification
Certifications are issued by the American Heart Association through our affiliated Training Center, not directly by NurseNFire CPR. Once your class and all required documents are submitted, eCards are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. NurseNFire CPR does not control the AHA's or the Training Center's processing times and is not responsible for delays outside our control.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled class, you may either forfeit your payment or reschedule to a new date. We will work with you to find a date that fits, but the 48-hour policy allows us to hold your payment as coverage for the reserved time.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled class and did not cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, your payment may be forfeited.
Class Location
To protect the privacy of our training space, the exact class address is not published on our website. Once your registration and payment are confirmed, we will email you the location and any other details you need before class.
Participant Conduct
Our classes involve hands-on skills practice. You agree to follow the instructor's directions, treat other participants and equipment with care, and conduct yourself respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without a refund.
Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to NurseNFire CPR or is used with permission. AHA course materials belong to the American Heart Association. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NurseNFire CPR and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, your participation in a class, or your use of any skills learned. Our total liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

You agree to hold NurseNFire CPR and its owner harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of any skills or information provided in a course.
