Get Certified together

ACLS & PALS with the cohort

Get your whole class certified together, on a date that works for your schedule, taught by two people who do this work for real. We'll come to you.

how it works

One date. Everyone certified together.

Most cohorts come to us for ACLS and PALS in the same stretch, so it's handled well before graduation or a job ever asks for it. We teach up to 24 at a time, and if your cohort is bigger, we run a few classes so everyone fits.

We certified 85 students last spring that way, same two instructors throughout. Even in a full room we keep it hands on and personalized, and nobody leaves until the skills are actually clicking. And if you'd like BLS folded in, we can do that too.

your cohort handled

Reaching out is the hard part. We've got the rest.

We know you're the one holding the group chat together, and that's plenty. Once you reach out, we take it from there. Tell us a little about your cohort, how many of you there are and roughly when you'd like to certify, and we'll find a date and set the class up on our end. Each student gets what they need to register and pay on their own, so you're never chasing anyone for money or paperwork. You bring the group, and we'll carry the rest.

Taught by Sam & Nicole who do this work in their sleep.

Sam is a firefighter-paramedic with eleven years in the field. Nicole is a pediatric nurse, and she's training to become a nurse practitioner. Your cohort learns ACLS and PALS from two people who've run these calls and codes on real patients, more times than they can count. That's a different thing entirely from learning it off a slideshow, and it's why the algorithms tend to stick.

We set it up. We teach it.
And we've done it for real.

The steps nobody can skip.

before your class

Every provider course has an AHA pre-course each student completes online ahead of time, on their own schedule. It isn't busywork. It's what frees up class to be hands and manikins instead of a slideshow.

Everyone finishes it, scores 70 percent or higher, and brings two printed pages: the certificate of completion and the score report. Those are what let us submit the certification. Once your date is set, we'll send your cohort the exact link and a short checklist, easy to drop in the group chat so nobody shows up missing it.

How many students can you certify at once?

Up to 24 in a single class. If your cohort is larger, we run a few classes so everyone fits, with the same two instructors throughout. Last spring we certified 85 students that way.

Can you come to our campus?

Yes. We'll travel to your school or wherever your group is gathering, up to 24 at a time, with no travel fee.

What do most nursing cohorts book?

Most book ACLS and PALS together, usually in the same stretch before graduation. Many add BLS to round it out. Tell us what your cohort needs and we'll put it together.

How does payment work for a group?

You're never the one collecting money. Once your date is set, each student registers and pays on their own, so you're not fronting anything or chasing anyone down.

We have more than 24 students. Can you still do it?

Yes. We split larger cohorts across a few classes on dates that work for you, taught by the same two instructors so the standard stays exactly the same from one class to the next.

How far ahead should we book?

The earlier the better, especially around graduation when dates fill quickly. Reach out with a rough headcount and timeframe and we'll get your cohort on the calendar.

What if some students are nervous about the skills or the test?

That's the whole reason we keep the group small and stay on the floor the entire time. No one gets rushed or put on the spot, and no one leaves until the skills are actually theirs. Most walk out surprised at how much clicked.

Is this the real AHA certification?

Yes. Every card is issued through the American Heart Association and our aligned training center. It's accepted anywhere, and it's good for two full years.

Will you remind us when it's time to renew?

We try to, yes. AHA certifications last two years, and staying current matters to us as much as it does to you, so we reach out as your renewal gets close.
